Welcome to our Fee Status Appraisal Form. To ascertain your eligibility for Home fees at a UK university, we require information about you and your family. This form is similar to the forms that universities send out to students when assessing their fees status. We will use the information you provide to carry out an independent fee status appraisal on which detailed, personal advice and feedback will be given to you on your eligibility.

On submission of this form, we will email you with your personal Fee Status Appraisal report, including useful links and resources relating to UK university fee status and information about our services, if relevant for you. This report should be used as a guide only and does not give any guarantee of the fee status decision an individual university may give you.

Student's Residence Information

List all the countries that the student has resided in since birth to date, including the UK (if applicable), leaving no gaps. State what the student’s immigration status in each country of residence is/was.
